Gourmet and Light Chocolate Mousse - 3 Ingredients Only

Melt with pleasure for this light variation of the famous chocolate mousse.

No compromise on texture and taste, and no guilty pleasures thanks to its nutritionally sound ingredients.

To be enjoyed (almost) without moderation, solo or in duo ...

If you manage to share it, a real proof of love :)

For 2 people:

  • Whisk 4 organic or free-range egg whites, previously placed in the refrigerator for a few hours, with a pinch of salt

  • Add 40g of xylitol (sweeten to your liking with coconut sugar, xylitol or stevia)

  • When firm peaks form, gently fold in 35g of organic lean cocoa powder with a spatula

Don't like chocolate?

Substitute 2 teaspoons of freeze-dried coffee or the juice of half a lemon for the cocoa to flavour it to your taste.

You can adapt the portions according to the number of gourmands ...
