Want to burn fat without skipping dessert? You have to taste this delicious one!

If you’re anything like me, chances are high you want it all: a yummy, delicious treat to satisfy your sweet tooth while boosting your nutrient uptake and sparing you from the infamous “minutes on the lips, lifetime on the hips”!



Oh, and did we mention this classic in the YzzieFit cooking repertoire ticks all the criteria for raw, vegan, nut, dairy, egg and gluten free?


Let me warn you: the heavenly foamy texture and filling power of this chocolaty delight owe it all to one of my favorite ingredients: welcome versatile avocado!




Without further ado, here is the recipe.


Ingredients


  • 1 avocado (medium ripe), core and skin removed

  • 1 soup spoon Stevia (or natural sweetener of choice)

  • 15g low fat organic cocoa powder

  • ½ dl organic almond milk (or other milk of preference)


Optional


  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder (chocolate, vanilla, coconut are great options) if you are keen on bumping up the protein content

  • 200g soy yoghurt or silk tofu (if you want a creamier result)

  • coconut flakes, chocolate nibs, cacao beans, berries or edible flowers for decoration


Directions


Starting with the avocado flesh, pour all ingredients in a blender. Press play for couple of minutes, adjust softness and sweetness to taste.


Refrigerate and resist the urge to eat until cold.


Enjoy slowly and mindfully!
